HelpSticker reached out to Black Box requesting assistance with the analysis, specification, design, development, and deployment of a new and unique type of online resource that allowed its online users and customers to design and purchase "HelpStickers" entirely through a web browser. By building out a content management system (CMS) to also serve as a customer-relation management (CRM) and e-commerce platform, then extending the system and interfaces to provide an in-browser sticker designer, Black Box was able to bring HelpSticker's ideas to life and deploy the service to the world.
