Studio Executive is a hosted web application providing studios with the ability to manage student, parent, and teacher information as well as in-house tuition, class schedules, recitals, and more.

We have released Studio Executive RC1 for alpha testing. RC2 to be released March 15th.

Studio Executive will provide managers with:

  • Content Management to keep track of student's, parent's and teacher's names, addresses, lessons they're taking or teaching, payment history, etc.
  • Executive Ledger to help create packages consisting of private lessons, regular lessons, and workshops which can be individualized on a per-student basis if necessary.
  • Schedule Management to allow for the creation and viewing, either public or securely protected private, of attendance sheets, class schedules, recital outlines, etc.
  • Administrative Management allowing managers to create, edit or delete permissions for teachers or other managers.
  • Printable Reports which consist of weekly, monthly, and yearly status reports for payments, lessons, student inactivity or truancy, etc.
  • Global Access which provides managers with the ability to manage their studio anywhere, at anytime, on any computer with internet access. Global Access requires Secure Login (SSL) that makes sure your information remains private.
