While we're dedicated to research in-house, we're also willing to work with others in hopes of creating better methodologies for creating frameworks, more usable interfaces, and more effective applications.

Our experience with research has led us to believe that it is all about the user. That said, any research conducted by Black Box Operations will be used to directly improve the overall user experience for websites, web applications, desktop applications, and mobile applications.
