Email/Phone Support
Issues presented by our customers that can be resolved through email or phone support will be itemized as tickets, and our
customers will be invoiced
50.00 per ticket. Work contributing towards the resolution of an
issue is considered part of a single ticket. For example, if one of our customer's requests help troubleshooting a problematic
computer, all assistance provided by Black Box Opertions to resolve the issue will be within a single ticket.
Site Visits
Site visits are where Black Box Operations trained IT technicians resolve issues in person at your place of business. Site visits
are subject to our hourly rates:
75.00/hr 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
125.00/hr 5:00 PM - 9:00 AM Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays
IT Support: Retainers
Along with the retainer tiers listed below, we are extremely flexible and more than willing to create
a custom level retainer specifically for your business's needs. The retainer tiers listed below itemize
our offerings per tier. Overages will be invoiced according to current prices (tickets/visits) listed above.
Turn Around Time (TAT): We guarantee to address and attempt to resolve our customer's issues.
Technical Support hours: The hours Black Box Operations will be available to our customer.
Tickets: The total number of tickets that can be opened and resolved for our customer.
Site Visits: The total number of site visits that can be scheduled for our customer.
